Common pump queries
Does my pump need to be serviced?
Your pump will need to be serviced periodically. Your Hospital2Home Co-ordinator will advise you when your pump is due for its service, and will arrange for a replacement pump to be sent to you. Please keep a record of the serial number of your pump (found on the back of the pump) to enable the Co-ordinator to cross check the pump(s) we have on record as being loaned to you.
I don’t need my pump anymore
If you no longer need your pump, please contact either the Abbott Nutrition Hospital2Home freephone helpline on 0800 0183 799 or the Device Tracking phoneline on 01795 593312 to arrange for your pump to be collected. Both of these phone numbers are listed on labels attached to your pump.
I don’t think my pump is working properly
If you think your feeding pump isn’t working, please follow the ‘troubleshooting’ advice in the instruction manual of your pump
If you still need advice about the use of your pump, please phone the Abbott Nutrition Hospital2Home helpline on 0800 0183 799. The Hospital2Home Co-ordinator will take you through a troubleshooting guide to try to solve the problem. However, if this is unsuccessful we may replace the pump.
